This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the LUIFAC online store operated by LUIFAC LLC.

We currently ship orders within the United States. Our goal is to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible while keeping shipping simple and transparent.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

During product launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped through our U.S.-based fulfillment partners and warehouses.

$4.99 for orders under $45

FREE on orders of $45 or more

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated delivery timeframe for standard U.S. shipping is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions, holidays, peak shopping periods, address accuracy, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide available tracking information.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided in the email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address or redirect the package.

LUIFAC LLC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged package or products so that we can investigate the issue and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please first check around your delivery location, mailbox, building reception area, or with household members or neighbors.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us so we can assist with the next steps.

Delivery Instructions

If you provide special delivery instructions or authorize the carrier to leave a package unattended, you acknowledge that the package may be left at the designated location.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address or location provided by you, LUIFAC LLC may not be responsible for loss or theft resulting from unattended delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, LUIFAC primarily ships orders within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product, carrier limitations, or applicable laws and regulations.

If a shipping restriction affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Changes to Shipping Information

We may update our shipping methods, rates, delivery estimates, or fulfillment procedures from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected on this page and/or at checkout.

The shipping terms applicable to your order are those displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable U.S. federal or state laws.
